Full Strip out and reinstallation of x-ray suite in Louth County Hospital. Project consisted of providing full new M&E installation, new lead lining, lead lined screens, new x-ray machine and all ancillary works. The flat roof construction of the building also could not sustain the weight of the new x-ray machine which resulted in the construction of a steel structure on the roof spanning wall to wall and supporting the new x-ray machine using a steel strut system below the roof that was suspended from the steel above the roof. The installation also included the fire alarm system & emergency lighting, IPS panel, air conditioning and new wall/ceiling/floor coverings too.
