Project Description
Construction of a meat processing facility for Arthur Mallon Sausages, Monaghan. Construction included stainless steel drainage to all rooms, food grade modular walls, ceilings and doors, refrigerated cold and chill stores, large ovens, stainless steel bollards, barriers, sinks, etc throughout. Installation also included for all mechanical, electrical, cooling and there was a concrete parking and loading yard constructed to the front. Large steel frame at the rear to hold a large water tank and heat pumps cooled the factory from housing at the rear of the factory as well as a large calor gas tank.
