Construction of a new 1250m2 nursing home for the HSE in the historical campus in St Davnets, Monaghan town.

The project also included the refurbishment of 880m2 of the existing Oriel House which was a protected structure.

The project was constructed in a live hospital environment which involved close planning for traffic, environmental and h&s in order to ensure the safety and non-disruption of the St Davnets campus.
