Alterations and refurbishment to existing protected structure at the centre of Drogheda town. All new greener alternative methods of construction to lower construction carbon footprint. Technology and materials included celestial board, laminate beams, calsitherm climate board, lime render, natural hemp fibre board, natural sheeps wool.

The existing structure was retained, as it’s of particular interest to the architecture of the town. As much of the materials as possible chosen were that of similar appearance and makeup to the existing and historical elements of the building.
