Panasonic Aeronautical in Dundalk county Louth involved the repurposing of an existing single story warehouse into a new two story office space, technical factory and warehousing facility. This included the installation of a new metal deck flooring on new steel structure to form a first floor, new stud partitions, multi-unit toilet facilities, M&E services, air conditioning, fire alarm, emergency lighting, external doors, windows & shutters and full fitout package of the facility including offices, manufacturing floor and warehouse.
