Project Description
Construction of a large scale paper and tissue manufacturing plant. Large steel portal frame, wall and roof cladding, shuttered concrete walls and all associated civil and service works including an office space. The project also includes the demolition of the concrete base, foundations and car park of the original fire damaged building.
New 3 storey office and welfare facilities with full finished fit out, lift and all M&E services.
