This project consisted of the full strip out of the old and reinstallation of a new CSSD department in Louth County Hospital. This is a highly specialised facility that washes and sterilises operating equipment for use in the hospital. Demolition involved removing all walls, ceiling and floor coverings, removal of old sterilising machinery, plant room content and all existing M&E services. The reinstallation consisted of all new RO plant room, washing units, sterilising units, M&E services, air handling unit, IPS panels, access control, fire alarms and all new walls, ceilings, floors and doors.
