Project Description
The construction of 6 detached and 2 semidetached houses on the Swords Road, Malahide, Co. Dublin. All homes were a timber frame kit supplied by Kingspan century homes. These were all designed from the design team drawings, reviewed and revised by Broomfield Construction and the design team to ensure the substructure works all lined up with the timber frame kit. On site these homes were then erected by Kingspan Century for the frame and all other works competed and managed by Broomfield. These houses were finished to the highest standards and were presented to market as a turn key finish.
