Project Description
The refurbishment of existing classroom and the construction of a new two story extension to Ballybay Community college consisting of 2 large classrooms, 2 science rooms, science preparation room and chemical store. The project included a full solar array on the roof, external stairs & courtyard, fully cladded two story building, strip out and replacement of full new M&E services, specialised science room equipment and all exterior ground works.
