Project Description
Alterations and refurbishments to 2 floors of the existing Elgee Building in Market Square, Dundalk. The original building contained a bank unit and all internal walls, floors, ceilings and services were removed and replaced with new acoustic walls, fire rated partitions, floor vinyl, metal grid ceiling tiles, solid oak linings and doors and fitted furniture.
New services included air con, ventilation, hot and cold water, power, comms data, nurse call, fire alarms, security alarms, cctv, lighting and emergency lighting.
